Personalize your Suggest Feature experience to align with your brand identity using our customization options. This guide will walk you through the available branding settings.
Navigate to the Page Settings section in your Suggest Feature dashboard to customize your branding.
Upload your company logo
Recommended format: Square image (1:1 ratio)
Try to keep a small size (preferably less than 500kb), because it should load really fast for a good experience
File formats: jpeg, png, webp, svg
Note: If your logo contains the company name, there is an option to hide name from nav bar
Upload a custom favicon for browser tabs
Recommended size: (Standard is 16x16 or 32x32 pixels)
Favicon is the small icon which is visible on the browser tab
Set your organization's name
This will appear in various places across your Suggest Feature instance
Customize your Suggest Feature URL
Format: [your-slug].suggestfeature.com
Only letters, numbers, and hyphens are allowed

Requires CNAME mapping to cname.suggestfeature.com (consult your DNS provider)
Toggle this option if your logo already includes your organization name
Add a link back to your main website
Customize the link text and URL
A live preview of your navigation bar is available at the bottom of the settings page, allowing you to see how your branding choices will appear to users.
After making your desired customizations, click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page to apply your changes. It might take upto 1 minute for new changes to reflect on your page (because we cache some content for fast end user experience)
You can contact us and if you are on the right plan, we will configure your custom email account to send emails from. We will configure an amazon SES account with your domain to sending emails from, if you have any specific provider you want to use, please contact us and we will take care of it.
